On February 5, Urban Platform submitted a building permit application to transform former office spaces into a mixed-use development featuring 50 residences, a commercial unit, a duplex facility, and several areas for professional services. Perfectly located at the corner of Avenue de Tervuren and Avenue de Gribaumont, right across from the Palais Stoclet, this project is part of a comprehensive master plan redefining the entire site.
The plan includes a reorganization of pedestrian and accessible pathways, the conversion of underground levels into parking, and an ambitious energy renovation with green roofs, a heat pump, and the installation of 200 solar panels.
